We aim to build our young and
senior players into better footballers,
by acquiring new technical, physical,
psychological and social skills to
reach the next stage of their
development.
We will develop our
players to impress scouts, coaches
and academies to further their
football career.
Within the academy, all of our players are trained by the head coach who has experience in coaching and scouting in professional academies. All training sessions are delivered with a high intensity, professional academy standard to give our players the best teaching possible.
We take our age groups to play professional and semi professional academy teams to give our players the best insight on what it's like at a professional standard. This develops their own individual play and also provides them with scouting opportunities.
